NEW TSC Processing Times

TSC not moving fast enough

We need a I-140 kind of effort on TSCs part for the I-485s.

A little disagreement about 'irrelevant'.

Here is what I believe is going on. Few months ago the processing time jumped from july to Dec 02 that is unusually based on they were working as 1X-speed. 15 days go they progress 15 days ahead that I call 1X speed.

If u noticd they again back on same 1X-speed. question what is story to jump from July-Dec?

I believe this is 'Pipe-line cases' story, mean if they have 100 officer they distribute work. once the file is open, it work from RFE-Adjucant, and they are not waitng ur response. so cases are assigned and it is called pipe-line cases. that pipeline cases are from few month range. TSc were used to post
'Tail' of that pipeline cases which mean if they are processing July-Dec 2002 cases they were used to post July-02 current processing time. which mean they have done upto July2002.

Few months agao we all noticed they jumped and adopt to post Head of 'Pipe-line' cases that was Dec02 instead of July>Aug02. so current April04 may mean Jan-April2003. + few 2002 leftover.

All I shared is my opinion not necessary all friend agreed with.

When does one know that he/she may inquire about the status of their case? How do you sendd inquiry?Fax?Email?Phone?

if USCIS post current date on its official web site USCIS.GOV and ur ND is March 03 2003 or less, u can send inquery,

Eligability to send inquirey is current processing date+30. compare ur ND with it.

u can call 800 number (800 375 5283), they would verify ur info so before call pull all of it in front of it.
 
POJ, by your theory , the tail of the pipeline is April 2003 - (4-5 months) ( difference between july and december when they jumped ) = November-December 2002 . Right?

So my case could be in the butt of the bug POJ drew..

POJ theory sort of makes sense to me -- I remember getting my fp notice as soon as the processing date changed to Dec 2002 a few months ago..

I meant:
tail = (april - (between 4 and 5 months)) = between nov and dec 2002
