Hi David,

I too have applied for EB1(OR) in TSC. It seems even feb-2001 cases are still pending. What is ur ND. Becuase mine is August-2001. But August and Sep, 13000 cases got registered for I140.

So, i need ur suggestions.

A question to folks suffering from varied forms of Rashidities

Yes. I have succumbed to the same disease.
I am in EB2 category with ND 17th July 01.
Till last last Friday morning heard the same boring answer in AVM.
During daytime I can never get thru. I am using (214) 381-1423. Is it the correct one? Any suggestions or any tips from fellow sufferers so that I am able to talk to the IIOs?

    In the I140 tracker, your ND is given as 07/19/01. Is it July 9th or 19th?
