New Tracking Tool

Nice tool! Make it work!!!

I tried a couple of I-140 approval numbers but it simply refreshed the screen...as though i was doing F5...is it supposed to say approved/ RFE / rejected or soemthing like that! What is the expected outcome?

It had minor fbug - it is fixed now.. .please feel free to use and let me know if it is not working

To run the track tool

Access the following site by clicking the link below

https://egov.immigration.gov/graphics/cris/jsps/caseStat.jsp

and once the page is loaded completly access the tool site from same window by typing following URL

http://www.madhwa.com/caseStatus.html

Guys the tool is working .. u can track the case in sequencial order by typing the case starting number and by clicking the START button..
Can someone confirm whether it is working this way.. thanks

It seems like it is making a search.

If I say "Enough" it stops and comes back to the place where I started a search, which is BCIS search page with your input fields.

No results are displayed.

Try to explain how to use if I am doing any thing wrong.

It works for all case type

It works for all the case numbers... You just type in LIN1234 instead of WAC1234 and the starting numbers...

guys Lakshmanan has created a nice tool please due not bog down the USCIS site.

Lakshmanan is there any way you can restrict the range to a smaller bearable number. USCIS site is responding with a message saying too many hits/ queries....the last thing you want is for USCIS to get ipaddress of the machines trying this search and track down the people. Just a thought!!

You have popup blocker from google..l so disable the popup blocker u are all set to go...

I-140 EB1-OR HELP !!!

Hi all,

I have applied for 140 in EB1 catgory,receipt received on 21 OCt 2001, when I check my status using EAC number , It says may take 90-485 days. Does that mean it will definately be approved in 485 days?

Hi Sanjay,

I ran a script for the range EAC0402253562 - EAC0402254562.
Each RN in that range had this message:
Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application.

It means it will eb approved in about 485 days or less. Depending on the category (EB1) and service center (CSC, VSC, NSC, TSC) your I-140 should get approved anywhere in about 3-15 months.

What service center do you belong to ?
