Hi everybody!

I have a TN already but my company has reduced my hours as things aren't going very well. and so I decided to try to find a part time job and get an additional TN visa for that other job.

This other company will hire me to work for them part time hourly meaning I don't have an schedule but I will let them know how many hours I'm doing a week so they can pay me.

Since they are a small company they also said they can give me my tax form at the end of the year but they won't retain my taxes from my paychecks. So it means I will have to keep track of my taxes and pay them at the end of the year.

and some questions came to place:

-Is it possible to do that?, am I allowed to do that under a TN Visa?
-If this is ok to do, do I need an additional paper? or should that be mentioned in my letter of intent?

-do I need to do anything about my prior visa? meaning, do i need to tell anybody my full time job has been reduced to a 4work/3off days a week?

Please let me know

They are treating you like a contractor, which is allowed. However they need to state this in your TN letter.
