New TN Visa at border rejection question

Hi everyone,

If I do a new TN visa at the border and get rejected, does my current TN-1 visa get removed as well?
 
Depends. If they feel that you are requesting a TN that you are not qualified for, and the previous TN was in the same category, they can indeed pull the old. If it is simply because your petition was faulty (missing docs, poor letter) they will typically let you back in.
