Got LUD today

Got LUD 9 days after transfer.
By 2/9/07 my name check is still pending. Don't know if I have any luck during this month.

EB-2 NIW,
I485: RD 4/25/05, ND 4/27/05, FP1 6/05 FP2 9/06, 3/2/07 transfered to NSC.
 
Got LUD 03/09/2007 with "case pending" email.

My case has been trasnferred on March 2, 2007...
LUD : 3/5, 3/6, 3/11

3/11 : "Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred."

There is no hope anymore !

My I-485:

RD: 4, 2995
Name Check has been pending since April, 2005

Got 3 emails with above message on 3/11
 
Sunday LUDs?

3/11/07 LUDs on all family members. CIS works on Sunday. I guess not. It may just be a system update. Then what it is? For the completion of FP? Why no message change? I got 03/09/07 LUDs too for the case transfers.

Two LUDs

after 3/5/07, our cases were updated twice 3/11/07 and 3/12/07

Weekend updates are normal I think -- I have seen several people get LUDs on Saturday and Sunday -- I am not sure if they actually work on these days.
 
After transfer to NSC I got LUDs on 03/05, 03/11, 03/12 & 03/13.

Did anyone get a LUD change today.

I have not gotten any LUDs since the transfer. :mad:

My PD is current and NC is cleared. RD is June 2005.

It looks like they are processing "ready" cases filed in 2004 and early 2005?

I am starting to worry that they lost my case. :confused:

Do you know if your NC is cleared? I think they are still processing "ready" (PD current NC cleared) cases filed in 2004 and maybe early 2005. That's why those cases see LUDs.

Can you post the RD of your case? Is your PD current and NC cleared?

That will help us get an idea why some are getting LUDs and some are not.
 
My PD is current (EB3) and I-485 ND is 12/01/2004. Like nc3years, my NC was not cleared as of Feb. 2007 and I do not get any LUD after my 3rd FP, code 1. By the way, I got luds after my 1st and 2nd FPs, but not the 3rd time.
 
Just checked case status by phone and was told:

You need to wait 180 days before making inquiries after the transfer.

We will be told to wait for another 180 by CIS after 180 days.

My NC was cleared 1 month ago and case transfered to NSC too. PD is current and I did FP last week.
