365 days now and no response from VSC

Hi! All.

I just wanted to keep this tread alive. I have not yet received any information from INS on my applications. The current processing time indicates that they are processing July 2002 cases. The thing that is of most concern to me as why have they not issued an EAD to me yet. :( INS is so inpredictable.

Applied for I-140 Labor substitution (VSC)

RD : 03/28/2002
ND : 03/29/2002
No approval / denial yet.

Applied for I-485/EAD (Concurrent filing) (VSC)
------------------------------------------------------------
RD : 08/28/2002
ND : 09/18/2002
FP : 11/01/2002 (Finger Printed)
No approval / denial for EAD / I-140 yet...

High5, which category are u? EB1, 2, or 3?

If you applied for EAD card, then you should have a Notice Receipt. Check it on website or try to call INS Vermont.
Another option is to get a temporary EAD card from local immigration office.

Just wondering... because it has been almost a year. Don't u worry? I am almost go insane even mine is not reaching 300 days already.

No FP yet . Don't know why?

I heard that I can just schedule my own FP in local INS office. Is that true? Do I need to do so? My 180 days is approaching..

I did not receive any RFE for any of my applications. I still have few months left before my H-1B will expire. I guess I can only wait wait wait...... and wait. :(

FP ---Nov 29th & Jan 4th(for my wife 2nd time)

Guys,
I just crossed 180 days and my info
I-140 with CP option ND - 06-OCT-2002.
As of today its 190 days and no luck......

Replied End of Mar'03, Still waiting.

Any case like this with any approvals?

Also, how much time does it take for RFE Responses? Would the file be handled by an IIO, or how does this work?

can't believe all this

But there are Feb 03 approval for EB3 cat. I have no idea where we are standing in the line from early 2002. Let's see. :rolleyes:

I-140 Not concurrent - ND - 16-sep-2002.
As of today its 210 days and no luck......
