Hello all!
This is new tread for I 140 applicatant whose application is more than 180 days. Please update your application status ( RFE,...EAD..AP ) and post any new approval here so that it is easy for all of us.

I got my EAD after 50 days of filing 485 and EAD. By, the way the RD is 09/19/02.

Just crossed the 180 days mark. here are the details.

I140:
RD: 06/05
ND: 06/17
AD: Still waiting

EAD and AP :
RD: 09/16
ND: 10/21
Both of them approved NOV29th

I am sorry to see your EAD and AP is not approved.

Even my 140 is pending with June 6th as the Receipt date.

But, I applied 485 in August 02 taking advantage of the concurrent processing and I got the approvals for the EAD and AP by September 02.

I sense some problem in your case, ask your attorney and tell him to follow it. How long do you have in H1.


I may be wrong, but i have seen lots of EAD and AP approvals for all the applications with 140 pending
 
As far as the EAD is concerned I heard that if it is more than 90 days since you applied you can take the reciept of the same and go to the local INS to get a temporary card.

your case looks little strange, there is no possible explanation for such delay, when lot of people in sep and oct timeframe got the EAD . It may be good to talk to an IIO and try to find out what is going on.

Have any of us who have applications pending from Feb - June contacted INs thru the law firm and if so what do they have to say?

My law firm did Contacted INS

My Receipt date for 140 is June 6th, and my Law Firm contacted the INS they said they are currently working on Feb cases. They didnt encourage any more questions.

INS really sucks man.
