New Thread For Transfer Cases Part Ii

TRANSFER NOTICE NOT RECIEVED

My case was transferred to INS Chocago on Jun 6th, Havent recd the transfer notice yet.
Will both me and my lawyer get the notice
or just the lawyer ??? Usually what are the contents of this transfer notice ??
 
Neither we nor our lawyer ever received

transfer notice.. I did not change my address either and have received all other INS mailing.....

I contacted my local INS office to ensure that they were handling my case and verified by calling Nebraska that the file had been sent to local INS (in MN).
 
Transfer notice

My case was transfered and my transfer notice was sent to the Attorney. My dependent\'s case was also transferd and that was mailed to my address.
