RECEIVED EAD/ADVANCED PAROL IN FEB\'2001

FP - 5/10/2001

CASE IS TRASNFERED TO NEBRASKA IN MAY\'2001, NEBRASKA RECEIVED AND UPDATED THE PHONE SYSTEM IN SEPT\'2001 SAYING THAT RECEIVED ON 9/7/2001 AND STANDARD MESSAGE OF 340-360 DAYS.

REFERENCE ON 1/25/2002 FOR THE EMPLOYMENT LETTER ONCE AGAIN.

REF. REPLY RECEIVED ON 2/6/2002.

APPROVED ON 2/25/2002.

RECEIVED CURTESY COPY ON 3/2/2002

PASSPORT STAMPING DONE AT DETROIT on 3/8/2002 WITH THE HELP OF curtesy copy.

Finally the wait is over!! Hope for RFE responders..

I received the courtesy copy of my approval notice in mail today,
though the AVM has not been updated and still gives the message that RFE response was received on Feb 26th and it is taking 300-330 days.

My case was approved on March 6th which means it just took 5 working days after NSC received the RFE response.

I have been visiting this site for for almost 3 years but more actively since last 1 year. It was my major source of information for GC and I do thank everyone on this board and Wish you all the best.

Will be still around as My wife\'s case is still pending..

Labour and I-140 approved from california; I-485 filed in NSC
RD aug 24 2000;
ND sep 12 2000; EB2 RIR India;
FP Feb 24 2001;
RFE Feb 11 2002;
RFE response: FEB 26th 2002;
RFE regarding last entry to US on H1B;
 
NSC EB3 RD 4/30/01 ND 5/17/01 FP 11/21/01 RFE 3/7/02

Who will get the RFE letter: the lawyer or me?

Depends upon the address you have put on I-485 application..

If it is attorney\'s address then attorney will get and if it is yours address you\'ll get it.

AVM is still not updated but I received my courtesy copy just after 13 days of my RFE response. My c

 
 
Any update on RFE cases

My AVm message was updated to RFE received on Mar 15. Has any one been approved after the RFE receipt recently?
