Which means several days before you. Quite interesting that my AVM still not changed. Maybe you managed to get better luck.

t_t_t, based on some of the other postings for Jan and Feb folks, it appears that for many of them IIO has asked for the I-140 forms to be retrieved from some storage. This may be true for India and China folks, for whom the PD was not current till about that time.

Since you are also Mar RD/ND, I was wondering if you knew anything about it. For those of us from India/China, it might be that even if the IIO got the case in hand, they will wait to get our I 140 from storage since the 140 approval and Mar 01 time interval was long (i.e. greater than about 4 months)

Any idea or info on this?
 
I-140 Amendment

Not very sure about this issue. Actually my I-140 was amended after I filed I-485 because the company\'s name was changed. Just don\'t know how it\'s going to affect the whole procedure.

At least you got the message "received on..." and I\'m still getting "case not found...". Just relax a little bit, man.

Folks,

It appears that the change in AVM message is an indicator of your case being looked into and it will be very useful for all of us who have isted our dates in this thread to go back to our postings (use the edit button) and post the following information:

1. What did the AVM message say initially =
2. When did it (if at all) change from "Case Not found ..." to "Case received ..." =

Though nothing is for sure, it appears that is many cases, about 3 to 4 weeks after AVM changed to recieved message, people got their approval. So it is very useful for us to gauge our status if everybody can start including their AVM message change and current status (also include EAC #)

(for those whose avm still says "...not found ...", do not lose heart. I am sure it will change or may go directly to approval too)

(Mallu71\'s format above is excellent. additionally just include the date when avm message changed)

I am a regular passive visitor to this site..I noticed your case #..mine is the same EAC 01-133-#####. ND is 3/24 ..haven\'t checked the AVM. my amended I-140 was approved recently (oct 01). original I-140 approved in july 00.

I was surprised by the early FP date. FP passed according to FBI. Anyone got approval with similar situation ?

I haven\'t check my message yet. Looks like you and me are pretty close in RD, ND Dates. I tried today but this damn phone# is always engaged. Let me know if you sense any movement.
