AVM says EAD approved on Nov 3,2001

    EAD AVM says approved on Nov 3rd 2001, and ordered the card.
    FP location SAN JOSE, but not heard from INS so far.
    WAC number : WAC-01-262-XXXXX
    EB2 category.

   DO you guys know how long does it take to receive EAD card from approval date?

June 25 you seem to have done FP ahead of schld at Oakland!

Could you please let me know which day you went to ASC, OAK. And what was your experience like.

I went there on tuesday 11/6 around noon. The guard did not
allow us initially, but when I showed him my flight tickets and explained that I was not going to be in CA on 12/7,
he let us do FP ahead of time.

I didn\'t have to argue or talk to anyone else about this over there.
Overall the experience was pleasant.

I see blank page on Summary

When I visit the link put up by great friend PCee, I see blank page.
I got scared unlike that kid in 6th Sense. :)
PCee what is the mystery? I use Netscape 4.73 browser.

After posting this message I launched Bill Gate\'s IE 5 and voila, I see the summary now.
My god, I heard it so far now I see it. Browser incompatibility at its best.

Well, I am happy. PCee, you can break your head on this OR put a small print ( IE reccommended for viewing ) :)
 
EADs for June are incosistent , how come?

I see folks getting EADs ( good for them) with a date later than mine with a big margin ( 2 weeks)
I also see that all of them are from San Jose area.
I am in San Francisco area.
My
MD is 06/03,
RD is 06/04,
ND is 08/03 and
AP is 08/21
FP done is 10/27
waiting for EAD approval as of now.
Area is San Francisco

What is the theory in this ?
People with ND 08/20 have got their EADs approved on AVM ( San Jose area)

Anybody got their EAD approved from San Francisco center with ND of August 2001.

Kishur, did you put two separate EAD approved messages, one for you and one for your spouse?

or you applied twice ?
are you going to get two EAD cards for yourself?
is this the case of identity theft ?

If none of these exists, please "delete" the duplicate message.

I am just kidding here. Only way to pass the waiting period and be happy.
 
How many days it took to receive EAD after it be approved

I got the same question as Badda1. I heard from AVM that my EAD
was approved on Nov. 5. Since I have a job offer pending for
my EAD, I\'d like to get it ASAP. Should I go and get an iEAD?
How many days it usually takes for INS from approving to sending
it out? Appreciate very much your advice.

It seems like it takes about 10-15 days to recv CARD after aprroval...Best guess

ND: Aug 23rd
Never got the receipts. INS says they mailed it on Aug 23rd. I think they got lost somewhere.
Got Interim EAD: Nov 5th from SJO office
Waiting for FP notice.

I tried with latest version of Netscape (6.x) and it is working fine there. I realized that it is not working with old Netscape browsers especially 4.7 series. I need some time to fix this.

Just fixed the problem (with Netscape 4.x versions). It is not showing data exactly as I wanted (colors) but it is showing the data though.

As per AVM, my EAD was approved on Nov 6th.
Still, my wife\'s EAD is still pending, ours were applied together though. Wondering why?
Is there any norms on this?

Received EAD card on 12/01/01

Please update my record. My handle is Ramsankar.

EAD got approved on 11/05/01 and card received on 12/01/01. It is valid for 1 year. My wife\'s EAD got approved on 10/30/01 and we have not received the card yet.

My location is San Jose.
