I am concerned

My LUDS for 140/485 changed on 11/02 and 11/03, no emails yet........

hope they dont put this case back......
 
485_Pending - Any further change or new info on your case?

Please update the forum, seems like our cases are following similar patterns

Have no update on my case. Still the same status. Spoke to a friend who got his GC approved recently and he said that they might have picked up my case for evaluation. will keep u posted on the status. looks like it is just the two of us who have their LUD updated on 11/02 & 11/04.
 
My 140 approved on 11/02.
No chnges on 485 LUD though the last was 10/27 (the mass update one)

I am a semi concurrent filer.
I140 filed in FEB 2, 04 ND: 02/04

485 filed in July 23rd : ND 23 July 04
AP/EAD/FP done.
FP received and case resumed on 485 in sept itself.


I am wondering lookin at the pateern on the approvls, do you think that since 140 is approved, I485 will also be approved in few days ?
OR
the 485 approval is subject to the JIT processing dates for 485?
Is there any one in the similer situation ? Semi concurrent filer ?

appreciate any inputs.

LUD Changed for 140&485

LUD changed to 11/04 for 140 & 485 for me, wife and son. But the message is the same.

I scanned feb 3,2004 I-140 data today.
there are 3 approval, 1 RFE just on yesterday.

So, I guess you two are picked up for processed.
You might have your good news soon.

I wonder if they have started doing any of the 03/04 cases. I scanned for some and one of them (485) was a transfer to a regional office. After than I am not having much luck scanning. Can someone scan for me RD 3/23/2004. Thanks

140 applied Jan 5 2004
485 applied Feb 24 2004

140 approved Oct 14 2004 (No LUD changes)
485 approved Oct 18 2004 (No LUD changes after fingerprint results recd.)

Stamping done Nov 1 2004 (No status/LUD change so far)

Your case dates beginning with Labor, are very similar. My 140/485 01/22/2004...LUD changed twice in last two days, but no news yet...

This just sucks.......

My LUD changed to 11/04 for both 140 and 485 but no change in the status, no emails today :-(

received a courtesy copy of the 485 approval notice in mail. I would be very surprised if you don't receive urs in a few days(if u already haven't received).
