New thread for Jan and Feb 2004 concurrent filers

Hi,

I want to start a new thread for Jan and Feb 2004 filers to track the status.

As we all know that I-140 date is 15-Dec-2003 in CSC, the next target group for approvals will be from Jan-Feb 2004.

Please post your filing dates info and also approvals date if any.

My details are

EB2 I-140/I-485 filed concurrently on 26-Feb-2004.
EAD/AP received April 2004.
FP done 22-Apr-2004. Waiting after that....

My case details are:
I140 filed in first week of Feb'04
I485 filed in second week of Feb'04 along with the I140 receipt notice.
I remember my lawyer telling me that this would be treated as a concurrent filing case.

WAC #0409*** -485

Findgc,

Its good that there is some recent LUD on your case. I consider it a positive sign. Have you done something recently which caused LUD change or just a normal action from USCIS?

Hi gcpinch,

I found the reason for my LUD change, it is not an interesting one :(

Last week I received a letter from USCIS saying that my 485 is still pending and they are currently processing Nov 10th filled cases, they sent this mail after I inquired about my lost EAD card (lost in mail) I-765 application by calling 1-800 number 3 months ago, eventually I got my replacement EAD card 2 months back.

I concurrently filed my I140 and 485 on Feb. 2nd, 2004. It is EB2. My I140 was approved on Oct. 28th and I was told my I485 is pending because my name check is not cleared. Now it is FBI holding my case not CSC.
 
Please see the dates in my signature. I work for a public company with ~250 employees. Revenue>100m/yr. I have a MS degree from a well known US school and previous experience from a well known US company. No 140 RFE.

Still waiting for details on my 485 RFE though.
 
I140/485 RD 1/26/04 EB3 (Sched A)
I140 RFE in March 2004, replied early May 2004, I140 LUD 7/13/04 when AP/EAD got approved.
FP notice received on 4/28.
I485 LUD 10/27/04 (the mass update).
No change after that... :(
 
I140+485; EB2; Feb'04

My LUD(140+485 feb'04) changed to 11/02/2004 as well, the message on the web didn't change though. I never called the automated customer service # to find the status, would the message there be any different from what is there on the web site?

FP done on 4/20.
I485 LUD 10/27/04 (the mass update).
No change after that...
 
I just got email update that my I140 is approved!
FYI, LUD for I485 was 10/27, the mass update day!

I485 also got approved after 10 min!!!!
Again, concurrent I140/485, EB3 (sched A), RD 1/26/04.

I don't know why everyone complains about how long BCIS takes to approve 485's. See this guy applied and "BANG" he gets his approval in ten minutes.
