Lost EAD by mail - what\'s next ?

Hi, my ND is 4/26/2001. INS automated message says EAD was sent on 7/20/2001 but I didn\'t get it. That means it was lost in mail. What should I do next ?. Can I get duplicate EAD issued ?.

My RD 04/26 & ND 06/26, WAC # 01-221-***. I checked AVM yesterday & my EAD is not yet approved. I guess, CSC approves EAD in batches not in sequencial manner. Keep hope alive...
