New theory- CSC mass LUDs

I had 15, 16 for I-485 and Y'day for approved I-140

I got FP notice too this week

dont know whats happening

LUD yesterday

I've also noticed LUD changed to 8/24 on both mine & my spouse's 485.

Let's see what will happen next..... :confused:

Someone pointed out that USCIS made an announcement that
it was to make a switch to new electronic system.
That was around the time of those mass LUD's.
I guess the logical choice is to move pending cases first rather than
those on which something is done right now.

So this theory does not change anything on pending cases.
It's just become official that those cases are stuck on two key
hrudles: PD and dreaded NC.

I would not conclude anything in my case, untill I really see a message change. Ofcourse thanks to USCIS to help me build this level of pessimism.
 
diego123, I think your case is different since you had more LUD's after the
massive ones. I agree something is being done on you case.

How did you know you are under name check? Did USCIS inform you? If so when did they initiate NC? Thanks

Yes, CSC e-mail enquiry answered that my case is pending on name check.
Then the local congressman also confirmed it. Both CSC and congressman
do not know "when" NC was initiated. However, July 2005 was the 1st time
CSC informed me my case is pending on NC.

My inquiry started around July 2005 and March 2006 was last time I
made an e-mail inquiry to CSC. I'm not sure if they still reply.
