New theory- CSC mass LUDs

The mass LUDs on August 15 and 16 were for approved I-140 and those with current PDs. Any refutes?

WRONG. My I-140 is approved and PD is NOT current.
 
My Pd is not current yet. (EB3, India Pd Oct 2001), but I did get the LUD's on both days.

As I said in another thread. My theory is that USCIS pre-adjust cases which are ready to approve once PD becomes current and FBI NC passed.

but they are not pre-adjusting all the cases in 2 days.
for me i guess this pre-adjust has happened in february

what is your PD and category?

I am 15 days away from my PD being current April 30th 2001 (EB3 -INDIA) but feels like 15 years before i will get the approval :mad:
 
I'm monitoring 22 pending I-485 cases where 11 cases got this LUD. All LUDed cases have similiar message tells finger print received or case received... blar blar. All non-LUD cases have either calling for interview or got RFE.

This might tell something...
 
Try and solve this

I had no LUD but a direct approval, my wife had a LUD and my daughter had nothing. How do you explain that? :confused:

I think that's wrong. Most LUDs on 15 and 16 Aug, there was no message. Rather the message did not change.
 
My I-485s have no updates after massive LUD, but EAD approved today.

Today, both my wife's and my EAD application have been approved.
Here is the timeline:

07/23 Mailed the I765 EAD applications by Express Mail as USPS.
08/02 Checks were deposited by USCIS
08/06 Notification Mailed out
08/23 Both EAD applications are approved.

EADs are based on pending I-485, processed at CSC.

Wish some good luck to my 485 cases

Vad, Congrats! But this is strange.
 
I had an LUD on my 485 case today with no message change.. My wife's case did not have any update. We both had updates on 15th and 16th. I guess today's update is probably a real one with respect to my case unlike the ones which happened on 15th and 16th, but I dont have any guess as to why the update happened today. My last 3rd AP got approved on july 20th... but it is very unlikely because of that..

EB2 CSC, 485 ND - nov 2004, PD - May 2001.

There was an LUD for me and my husband today without message change but not for our son. All of us had LUD on 8/15 and 8/16.
