New Test sample?

Are there any new test samples? My priority date is 10/23/2008 and I am supposed to take new test. But I only got old test samples with interview notice. Thanks.

Some answer given are obsoletes. Example:

Question 51:What are two rights of EVERYONE living in the United States

Answer: The right to bear arms.

After 1996, only citizens and PRs can own and bear arms. One exception is that Non-PR can have hunting rifles.
The exception is in order not to hurt tourist industry and allow foreign vistors to come for hunting.

Yes. But it should be "Citizens and PRs" not "Everyone" if gun law make 2nd amendmend not applicable to non-PRs

So you believe gun law violates 2nd amendment or its interpretation by supreme courts. It is just that no nonPR wantto chalenege gun law yet?
 
Not necessarily since gun laws have only defined what is considered a resident of the United States. Federal gun laws take immigration status to determine who is and who isn't a resident.
