I am sure you all seen page 5 of this link

Can some one analyse for us? Are those number of 485s recieved or that is the number based on the priority dates? If that is the number of 485s recieved then we should see huge number of applications for July 2007, isn't it? If that is based on priority dates, why does the heading says I-485 applications? (doesn't talk about priority dates at all)
