Didn't call to check status

I knew someone would pick on that...
But I had called to seek more clarification on SR response (which I had
opened when visas became current during fiasco) that I had received
and also to verify my address on file because despite receiving
a COA confirmations the response to SR went to my 2 year old address
and then came to correct address based on forwarding notification attached
to the returned envelope
It's true that the USCIS processing makes everyone to loose sanity.
May be it happened to me when I posted the previous post, but it's
a fact that there r lot of people who keep calling USCIS when there's no need
or use of it.

There r bunch of IIOs who unnecessarily keep wasting applicants' time providing non-sense responses to SRs and giving absolutely confusing information via phone (not even mentioning "change address" mess, multiple namecheck requests to FBI and not been able to store and reuse FP metrics).

There wouldn't be any hassle if they made the process/status update really transparent and clear.
