Does the new Senate Bill have a provision about making the wait time for citizenship 4 instead of 5 years? I wonder if this is the case. I also understand that the house and senate have to reach a compromise since their 2 bills are extremely opposing. Gilbert, are we getting closer to naturalization?

As far I can tell, the Senate bill contains the provision you asked about (it is a 600+ page document). It is now up to the House and the Senate to reach an agreement (hopefully with White House prodding). Colleagues in DC say that they are seeing mixed signals from the House--so who knows.
