I am new to this forum. I have several questions regarding H1b.
My OPT (F1) has been expired and I am finding sponsorship companies in the medical field.
I was thinking to find a company and fill documents on April 1st. Is this a standard way to get H1B? Are there any ways?
Is it easier to get H1b from non profit hospitals than for profit hospital?
I got several job offers but they wanted to fill the positions right now. If I need a sponsorship, when will be the earliest possible for me to start to work for them?
