New Restrictions from April 1st ,what does this mean ????

I am really got concerned by these new restriction to be implemented from April 1st.what does mean if your visa stamping is denied. You won\'t be able to make it back to US as a foreign national or this is only for listed countries.
I have appointment for H1 visa stamping for second week ,does this is mean stamping in Canada getting very risky even your chance of getting stamped is good.

visa stamped in Juarez on 03/12

I came to the US on B2 on July 98, changed to F1 on Nov 98 and then changed to H1B on July 2001. They will ask you a lot of questions and ask for a lot of papers. As long as you prove them you never were out of status you will be OK
 
F1 TO H1 More info wanted

Could you please provide with more information regarding the change of visa from F 1 to H1. I have an appointment at American Embassy at Tijuana, Mexico in 3rd week of April. What are the commmonly asked questions?

These were the questions they asked me(in Ciudad Juarez):
1)When did you change status,?
2)When did you graduate?
3)What is your job description?
4)What does your company do?
Act cool and you will have no problem.

duration of status?

 I have a interview at Juarez on 04/25. I have a similar case from B2 to F1 then to H1B as a Resident Physician. I had an F1 iwth the validity saying D/S "Duration Of Status". My first I-20 01/01/99-08/13/00 and I had a change in program level in the same school with another I-20 from 11/13/00-09/13/01. I also have a letter saying I\'m in good standing from the school covering periods from 01/01/99-03/09/01. I don\'t know if they will think I was out of status between 08/13/00-11/13/00? Did they question you on the dates on the I-20 and letter from your school before you started working? I heard they could be difficult on why you changed from a B2 nad why you didn\'t apply from your country. In the light of the new rule I\'m a little scared. How long did it take to pick up your passport with the visa? e.g can you pick up your passport before 12 noon if you have an 08:00am appointment
 
H1 visa

Questions asked:
1)when did you transfer from B2 to F1(show your approval from INS, that is all she wanted to see)
2)When I was going to graduate, according to the I-20 issued? Because I change from full time student to part-time when they changed my status to H1. I showed her only the claasses I took when I was still F1.
3)what do you do in the company and how large is the company.
only show the papers that you are asked for and you will be OK.
I had a 9:00 appointment and got my passport about 1:00 pm. Thoss were the first passport given that day.
