I have some querries regarding H1/H4
My department/University has field petition for my status conversion (J1-H1) via premium processing. What are the things I should take care of during this time of processing ??
Once my application is processed, Do i have to go back to india and get my VISA changed ??
If not, what are all the letters i have to send to my wife so that she can apply for a H4 VISA ??
Will she get any problems in getting the H4 VISA considering the fact that her J2 applicationtis had been rejected ??
I would like to know more details on this,
