new processing timings- 15 days moved

It is good atleast they have moved 15 days after 3 months. But, the bad thing is that they have piled additional 3 months of application. It is really going out of proportion.

Let us see how INS deals with this huge piling backlogs after holidays.

Thanks.

The date move just make me feel good, but the reality is meaningless. I want to ask what this date is? Is this date the last 485 case they are processing or the first 485 case they are processing? Based on the info. from this this form, there are a lot of 485 cases haven't been touched since Oct. 01, also you can see few Jun 02 cases be proved.

There are very few 2001 cases that are left untouched. Another thing is that they have not been approved yet (RFEs and 2FPs have been issued). But the vast majority of 2001 cases have been touched, which gives the reason to hope that they will be adjudicated fairly soon.

EAC02091XXXXX

Is there any one waiting in series EAC020915XXXX ?

Can any one run statistics on this

Thx

My answer to timaeuti

I did tracked one day (for ND=55 year 2001) recently,

30% applications for this day are untouched,
(some just only receiving automatically genetated FP)

but about 15% do not received even the second FP,

since FP done earlier 2002.

So, please,
do not trust VSC about January 31 2002.

I have seen July and Aug '02 approvals too !

Comment:

Sometimes they do not update the system, and seventy percent is still the vast majority. Having said this, the situation is still much worse than I thought.

PBN,

i would love to entertain the idea that our applications should be processed shortly but, knowing USCIS's random order processing, it may be months before we get lucky!
