New processing times out

TSC processing Aug 7, 2006. Date went back about 1 month.

I never understood those processing date

how could they process Aug 06 while tons of 2003 and 2004 I485 filers are out there..

Aug 2006 is the processing date where as Retrogression date is 'U'

You have to meet both the dates in order to eligibility.

yes..that too NameCheck clear also
my case meets both criteria but namecheck is not cleared
life sucks man
