One approval of your friend can not prove that VSC is processing from MAY RD. I knew people who did not got approval and their RDs are Feb, 2001, Mar, 2001, APr, 2001. I myself waiting having a May, 2001 RD. I don\'t understand how come people having RD in July, Aug are so confident that they will geting it soon.
