New processing times for 140's

Who said they are new......:)

They are same dates as we see on last update, two weeks back.

EB2 advanced 2 days and EB3 stand still.

With this kind of progress......Gosh... we may get approvals very soon :(
 
Last time, the dates for EB2 jumped four months. So, probably we don't need to be too pessimistic about the processing timie.

Yes, you are.
You are looking at EB1, 3rd pref (E13).

You should look at EB31 for EB3.

Here is the INformation abt E11,E12 etc..

Employment 1st Preference (Priority Workers)

E11 ................. Alien with Extraordinary Ability
E12 ................. Outstanding Professor or Researcher
E13 ................. Multinational Executive or Manager

Employment 2nd Preference (Professionals Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability)

E21 ................. Professional Holding Advanced Degree or of Exceptional Ability

Employment 3rd Preference (Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Other Workers)
E31 ................. Skilled Worker
E32 ................. Professional Holding Baccalaureate Degree
EW3..................... Other Worker (Subgroup Numerical Limit

My Attorney told me that

I-140- comes under E13, if we apply through EB3.
I got my labor approved from Philly- under Regular process.(Non-RIR)....Please confirm??

How to look under I-140 for EB3...Is it EB13 or EB31????:mad:
