These people are worst than clearks in state govt. employees in india. These people know only how to date and break.

As expected we will have a new AILA meeting and all they will say is 485 is not a priority and the lawyers will not ask a simple question Why?? With so many pending petitions why is it not a priority? Dont know what words to use for CSC.they have been stuck on 11/16/01 for 8 to 10 months now. Absolute ridiculous to say the least.

Simple. They dont want PResidents. It is not logistics. It is politics. CSC also has established the record for the oldest date on a JIT - the year is 1900! for certain categories of 765.

Well I just noticed that. So they are processing EADs for 1900 guess the spirits of 1900 s will be happy they dont have to apply for iEAD :)
 
Cause IF they approve 485 who will pay for EADs and APs over and overThink there goal is to make a applicant pay twice or thrice for EAD and AP. ITs one of there ediotic way of working.
 
does anybody know whats happening to petitions we were supposed to send to speed up processing at CSC.

still remember the comments made by one BCIS director in SFO 2 to 3 months back:

"as long as there are new applications, there'll be no lay off"

Maybe there will be a senior citizen' EAD (scEAD) category now.

I used to cuss Microsoft for making me pay $100 for upgrades every other year...
