New Processing Time Scares the hell out of me !!

Get this..INS received my RFE on Mar 13th. Message says, it usually takes 600 - 725 days to process such cases. However, since most of the priliminary checks have been completed before the RFE was sent (Now at this point you are thinking, oh well my case will be completed sooner)

Your case should be processed in 725 days. A written decision will be mailed upon completion.

Damn INS. Wait continues...
 
that always happens with the AVM and RFEs. Don\'t worry about it.

My I140 RFE was the same. It was approved in 40 days after being returned. Yours will hopefully be about the same (or less).
 
Do not worry about it. I am waiting for the approval of my case. Let\'s see how soon it will be appr

Lisa, did you check with INS for ur fp quality. I remember in one of ur posts, u said finger prints were light or something. Please post the details. Thnx
 
RFE for 485 was recd by INS Texas on 15th feb.. still waiting for approval

Any one knows here how long it takes after RFE recd at 485 stage?
