New processing time for TSC

It's high time that all the employees of TSC can retire in mass so that they can transfer all the cases to Missouri service center.

The Processing Times are Bogus

If it is any consolation, the processing times for concurrent filing I140, AP and EAD are bogus.

I have my EAD pending and I also ran a scan which indicates that I am not the only one. My RD was Dec 2002.

I realize this is no consolation, but thought I should post this anyway :(

Why don't these people release dates of the oldest and the newest pending cases rather than putting out the date of the oldest case alone. That would atleast have been more informational ...

I think they are holding off and will post a jump in the processing date for 485 as they have done for AP/EAD and concurrent AP/EAD. If you see the pattern all of a sudden in one processing report they jumped 4/5 months of processing.

Called National Customer Service

I called the National Customer Service for the first time today. The wait was not very long (about 10 minutes) and the officer was reasonably friendly. However, as I expected, he didn't know anything about our sufferring. He even did not bother to check my SRC number once he heard that I could get the status from online. He told me the processing time for TSC is 33 months so I have 7 more months to go (my RD 6/01, ND 7/01, FP 1/03). I asked why some people filed in 2001 and 2001 got their approvals way back one year ago and he told me other people's cases do not mean anything for me. I also asked why TSC is so slow and if there is a way to change that. He basically said no way.

Although I did not get anything useful today, I still encourage others to call them once a while. If more and more people call them and complain about the ridiculously random processing, they probably can make a note and report it to BCIS management. That was the impression I got today.

contractors, they are

National Customer Service seems to be located internationally in Phillippines with a Filipino accent. Customer Rep, one day accidentally asked me "Arrrgh....IE is very slow here you know...BTW, how is weather there in the US?....oops...I mean....Florida....is that where you are calling from?"
