New processing system??!!

Hi,

My lawyer has informed me that USCIS is implementing a new system from May 1, 2004 by which they will be able to process and approve jointly filed I-140 and I-485 applications in ONLY 90 days.

This system is totally different from the Dallas district pilot program as per my lawyer.

Can anyone confirm if this is true or not? If anyone can ask their lawyer and see what they say, we can get some fair idea.

Any help is appreciated.

It is always better to file concurrently. Becoz u get your EAD and AP and also you are safe to use AC21, once the 140 is approved.
