New processing dates

For Texas
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=TSC

But... you should know this is completely worthless. At least for Texas, I've noticed that the "Now processing cases with receipt date of:" is always 6 months before the posting date, for I-485. So currently, Feb 20th, they claim to be processing 485s filed in August 21, 2006. Last time they posted, Jan 17th they claimed to be processing 485s filed in July 17, 2006 and so on and so forth. Always 6 months processing time which is pure, unadulterated, 100% CRAP!
The cold, hard truth is in trackitt.com

FYI other service centers
CA: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=CSC
NE: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=NSC
VT: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=VSC

Yeah... TSC has Aug. 21st indicating 6 mos or faster processing

Finally NSC moved about a month after being stuck in May for nearly 4 mos. (for 140) but for 485 it has moved back a month (from July to June) :(

Thats pathetic. I am luck to be with TSC. Dont know........

The EB2-NIW processing time is the slowest at NSC compared to other I-140 applications it is processing. The processing time is not moving fast as should be. I do not know if and when they will allow some premium processing for EB2-NIW cases! I am willing to give up 1grand for that!
