I-140 Date

I-140 Date has been changed from Sep 15,2003 to Dec 11, 2003

There are some more dates like I-131, I-765

NSC dates are still showing feb'02 even thought nov,dec-02 cases are now getting approved mean while CSC and VSC are moving dates by months every time. I think NSC will not update this until next year when they start processing JUL-03 cases.
