Usually, I-485 for primary and dependents are filed together along with petitions for I-765 (EAD), I-131 (AP). Medical reports are needed as part of I-485, if not filed; they will be requested later by USCIS anyway. FP is scheduled by USCIS, it cannot be filed for.
For EAD and AP you can look up the report above to get an estimate of processing time. I-485s have not been moving at a good rate to give a prediction. The new programs that are being proposed are chaotic with processing being done out of order, so any attempt at prediction would be useless. If you are lucky it could be 90 days. If you check last year’s worth of progress and extrapolate, it will be in the order of 25 years.
Hopefully our efforts and the lawsuit in particular will get down the wait to a year by Oct 2004 and to 6 months eventually.
