YES THAT IS DEFINTELY TRUE....

I APPLIED FOR MY 3rd EAD on March 5th. My 485 pending since Aug 2002.

This is so frustrating to be in the dark with no control in your own life...

Agreed due to random processing they hold no meaning, but at least if dates move enquiry faxes can be sent to USCIS.....not that they will get proper response.

No News as Processing Times Ticks

Hi Our 1-485 is pending in VSC close to 2 years and now I've got the second finger print notice.
RD: 1-485 (Aug 6th, 2002)
RD:3rd EAD(Mar 19th, 2004)
RD:3rd AP(Mar 19th, 2004)
We have got the finger print notice scheduled for 11th June 2004. I've seen they are processing EAD (Mar 10th 2004) and AP (Apr 6th, 2004). Still our EAD and AP pending.

Still hoping our EAD will get approved befor the 2nd one expires (28th Aug, 2004).
