new processing dates from CSC are out now.

How can it move ??

Why do you think it should move when they know thousands of applications are just left pending waiting on many security checks and other things. It would be in their own best interest that they acutally acknowledge the facts and work to resolve those issues first and then start moving the dates.

I am here too Struck up with "Name Check"
Send letters to Senator,Congressman.
They replied back with "Waiting for Final Security Clearance"
Got laid off also

Really USCIS's the way of going is not good

Sorry to hear that .. Hope you will get a job soon.

Send snail mails to FBI (especially Hooton, Hardy and Cannon) and explian in detail about the problems that you are facing. They would hopefully see and clear your namecheck.
