New Processing dates at VSC

Mine is RD 10/28/2003 and the update date is 11/03/2003...

That may not be entirely bad thing considering my case

mine was touched on 04/08/2004 (ND 07/07/03 EB3) but they probably looked at said oh well no need to do anything and then put it back on the shelf.God only knows when will, they will again look at it.

Here is the kicker like i said in my earlier post the two apps before mine approved on 04/08/04 . so go figure .

Not touching your case something and touching it once and then pu it back in the shelf is something else..

hopefuly when they touch your case they will act unlike mine

VSC DATES MOVED back again to 04/08/04 status

I think they corrected the problem with USCIS web site and processing dates are same as what they said on 04/08/2004 update
