New Processing Dates 4 Mar 2004

I also Saw March 4 but the second time I went to the page it was switched back to Feb 23.

Also on my case the LUD has changed from 3/1/05 to 3/3/05 but the message remains the same.

It says that you have to wait 6 months after an inquiry this is so unacceptable :mad: :mad:

Now its past my RD ... well well ... I'm in the same boat of people who have to wait for months now seeing the dates go by on these JITs and not see any movement on their applications ... another phase of the painful journey begins !!

what's up with CSC! THEY SEEM TO BE MOVING THE PROCESSING DATES SO QUICK!!

but no progress on my case!!!

Hi All,
CSC totally fooling in case of I-140 to all of us including other offices.
Last month, AILA members having meeting with CSC and aila members didn't ask anything total dumb atleast they should ask about processing speed. still many 2003 applications pending and no progress and only date is moving.

we need to do something like petition for I-140 for CSC. CSC totally sucking

my co-worker's I-140 got approved thursday(03/03/05).
his case is EB3, ND is 07/06/04. Own labor. PD is in Oct 2001.

Looks like CIS has approved EB3 cases that were filed in July 2004.
So they are not just processing EB2 alone.

Any EB3 Sub Labor cases filed in June/July 2004 got approved???
please do let us know.
