New Procedures for Concurrently Filed I-140/I-485 Cases

Guys,

Checkout http://www.murthy.com/news/n_newpro.htm. With this change,if any case I-140/I-485 filed concurrently,then 485 proceess is done first and then I-140 adjudicated.And this will be major disadvantage because one can't take advantage of AC-21 portability and will have to work for sponsoring company untill the end of GC approval,like CP case.And also one can't go for CP-option as their I-140 is not approved untill 485 is approved.And finally will be screwed.

If 485's are not adjudicated quickly then in essence, YES it's a screwed up state.

ac140, how about the scenario where you file for I-140 non concurrently? and then apply for 485..and once thats in, change to AC 140 ? will that work ?
