new photo requirements

Hi,

Does anyone has any experiences to share regarding new photo requirements? Is it sufficient to say that polaroid photo taken at one of the shops like kinkos which do U.S passport photos sufficient to meet requirements? Some sites say that photo should not have border whereas the polaroid photo will have a border one left or right side.

Want to do revalidation at St. Louis but since it takes long time to process, want to make sure not returned becoz of photo?

Another question :

Does it matter whose address is specified as 'From' on prepaid airbill or envelope sent along with docuemnets to return the documents. travel.state.gov/hlop.html requets to use applicant's address as 'From' also...

1. Put all your papers and Passport in FedEx envelop and on that envelop write
TO,
Department of state /visa
XXXXXXXXXXXXX
From:
Your name
Your address
2. And take other FedEx envelope and attach the prepaid FedEx Airway bill to it and write your Credit card # on it,
On that envelope write
FROM:
Your name your address
TO,
Your Name
Your address
Fold this envelope and put it in the envelope that has your passport and other papers that you are sending to Department of State

(make the copy of your all the papers you are sending and all pages of passport and keep it with you)
