Look at the top of this forum. There is a petition initiated by the law firm of this forum, requesting INS to reallocate cases from TSC to VSC and other centers.
OK, if they do reallocate pending Aug, Sep, and Oct '01 cases to VSC and other centers, will VSC put these "reallocated" cases in front of Nov 01' cases? Is it fair for VSC filers to waited 3 extra months to speed up cases at TSC?
Yes, VSC is moving but still at a very slow pace. The better suggestion would be to ask TSC to speed up their process, even to issue 2-year EADs and APs and give FP a longer life span.
