New Passport H1b status

Hi,

I got a new passport issued in the US. I have a valid H1B visa till end of 2009on my old passport.

In this case do i need to get H1B visa re-stamped on my new passport once i go back to India ?

In case i get my H1B visa transferred due to change of job should i give my old passport details or new passport details for the I797 ?

--NO, keep both the passport stapled and at POE show the valid Visa stamp in expired passport. for Airline tickets you have to give New passport #
In case i get my H1B visa transferred due to change of job should i give my old passport details or new passport details for the I797 ?
--------------New passport Copy and Copy of old passport and Copy of Visa page and lawyer should explain on cover letter that your past Passport #XXXXX is expired and you got new passport and # isAAAAAA
