New Passport after filing I485/Approval

Hi,

I renewed my passport after filing I485. Now my case is approved. Do I need to take the old passport along for stamping? Has any one had any problems at the time of stamping? Thanks for any help.

I am still waiting for my wife and kids approval, since INS issued an intend to deny for them. They wanted proof to show that they maintained status in this country!!

Sorry to hear about your Wife/kids case, if they have been in status then that should be no problem for you.

As far as getting new Passport after filing for I-485, you should be fine. Just carry your old Passport but I am 99% sure that you will not be even asked about it. All INS would care for is that you should have a valid Passport that\'s all.
