looks like VSC forgot about the 485 RDs applied in the first of June

My case was not assigned to the officer the last time I spoke to IIO.
Do you think that RFE is coming for some of us
 
Congrats!!!! mine is RD 6/5 ND 8/7 PD 10/98 FP 11/23 MA EB3 India

I hope to get mine by March.
 
AVM message that RFE response received on Feb 8th

RFE not received.
IIO said that it was a wrong update , no RFE activity.

Anxiously awaiting for approval.
Looks like already wasted a lot of precious time,
don\'t know how long the wait is going to be.
Some thoughts on approval pattern :
  EB2 gets 9-10 months from RD
  EB3 gets 12 plus months from RD
 
Most of the June 3rd 4th week RD\'s are waiting for approval

Mine is 6/21/2001 : I expect to get approved by the month end the speed in which
VSC is moving.
