Thanks a lot. Also there is one more thing which you could help me clarify.
The employer pays you either the prevailing wage or the actual wage as mentioned on the LCA, whichever is greater among the two is being paid. Correct me if I am wrong.
Or is he is just required to pay the actual wage specified in the LCA no matter what the prevailing wage is?
