New Journey Begins with the Approval

Pleased to inform that our 485's (self, wife and daughter) were approved yesterday. (Just seen the E-mail). Though im not ecstatic, im happy to get relieved of this torturous journey.

I am a semi-silent member on this form, feeling the happiness and pain of many members and with a strong belief and hope that my turn of happiness will come some day.

I wish all my fellow members to be resilient and your day will come.

RFE Issued - 12/15/03 - Medical for self, spouse and daughter
RFE Reply recd - 01/08/2005
I-485 Approved - 01/11/2005.

Can you please let us know about your medical RFE details.
Even I got RFE about medicals( Vericella shot missing)

My doctor forgot to fill in the Vaccination details. They sent me the I-693 supplement(original) back. Doctor filled these details.

Very strange.

NSC is a strange center as everyone says.
One filer in Apirl 2003 with FP2 during Dec 2004 is approved.

An example of my case with 485 ND Apr 04 2003 and FP2 11/27/204, FBI report sent back to INS as fine, still waiting.

Does this indicate any trend NSC follows.

Absolutely no idea.

I see that you have booked your slot for stamping. Im planning to do that now. Can you pl tel me what docs that are reqd other than approval letter, infopass confirmation, EAD/AP's, I-94. Also i came to understand that we need to provide 2 photos and i presume it is full frontal Passsport size. Can you pl cnfm? Is there any site that can give full details?. (other than uscis.gov).

I asked my attorney same question and waiting for his answer, as soon as I hear something back I will let you know
