New job? New TN throught I-129 is it possible?

Folks,

I was wondering if I get a new job offer with a new company (this one is getting me tired and angry with the sponsoring subject...), could them be able to file a I-129 so I can have my TN for them? I mean I wouldnt need to go to the border to get this?

But to answer your question, yes you can get a new job with an I-129 and not have to go to the border.

If you need the TN quickly you can pay an extra $ 1,000 for premium processing and it can then be done in 10 business days.

Nothing to add. If you don't pay $1000 it will take months before you can start working.

Make sure that there is no gap between the new job and the old one. If there is, you'd better go to the border to get the new TN.

If the gap has been filled by a request for B2, I-129 is still possible.
