New JIT timings posted!!!!Today!!!!
EB3-May 25 2005
EB2-May 7 2005
for 140

May 7 2004 for 485

How about the pending cases in March 2004 and april 2004.
Just from March 22 JIT has changed to May 7 2004.I dont know really what is happening??But it crossed my JIT Date.
So how can i enquire USCIS??

Those are my questions too.
Where are our cases? Are they fell thru cracks?
I don't know if my employer/attorney cooperate to initiate inquiry. Is there any other procedure to initiate my self? :confused:


Gurus, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,

This is what I understood from so many days (or years) of browsing on this web site. You can do the following

1) If JIT date is more than a month away from your Notice Date(into the future), your company/attorney can initiate an inquiry
2) There is another way I have seen people do, prepare a list of cases of your case's nature that were approved though their dates were much later to your ND and make a case of un-just treatment in your case. Then you want to visit your local congressman/congresswoman and have their offices initiate an inquiry. Not completely fool-proof, but I have seen a decent number of cases getting approved after this. And, I was told, their offices are very sympathetic to our cause.

All the very best to you all and to me too, still waiting and getting onto my 9th year extension now. Mine may be the first case of 9th year extension. :confused:

April 9. EB2 labor sub. I am beginning to think my case is taking longer than usual because it was filed with a copy of the original labor. Are any of you using a labor sub with or without the original?

Thanks for your wishes. I really doubt it. I'm guessing my 140 is being held up waiting for name clearence.. I'm not sure. I have been very unlucky but I think you've had a harder time with this since you're filling your 8th year extension! Hope we see some approvals soon. I just don't understand why my case hasn't been updated in any way, no LUDs, no RFEs, nothing. At least now we can initiate inquiries since the JIT has passed our dates!

I"m not sure how my attorney is going to do this. I'll find out and let you know. Is USCIS not accepting any FAX enquiries from us, or even from lawyers?

The above is not a true statement. If you look at the JIT reports it says if 30 days have passed since this report was published and you haven't heard anything then you can call the number/enquire.(Of course with the assumption that the JIT date has crossed your filing date.)

What the above means especially guys who filed late march/april/till May 07 2004 will need to wait till Feb 21 before they can file an inquiry.

Anyway have patience guys they are people still waiting from 02,03 (and early 04) so it is not that bad for us..atleast not yet!!

Hi reval_wait,

Thats true.But i am in 8th year extension and the company is not doing well.Already 6 rounds of layoff took place.So i am in fear everytime.I am waiting for my I-140 approval.Because i cant even change jobs without that.This is really pathetic situation.

Hi all,
JIT Dates as per USCIS is that they are processing cases but it doesn't mean that before JIT dates all applications are processed.
