th 765 dates have moved quite a bit....
this gives me confidence that INS is doing something...
and also we see that the RFE cases and the old cases are being approved right now...which is good.....
and from what i see they should start with december cases by atleast October 1st

Usually the trend has been that the mid month update shows no improvement for 485. The end month moves it by a month. So this is normal so far.
Also, JIT moving doesn't mean everyone before 9/1/1 is approved.
This wait is really really frustrating. I think INS is concentrating on 765's, but what that means is that our batch got our 765's slow and now we are gonna get our 485's slow. I hate 'em.

Silly Man, you're right. My ND for I-765 was 11/15/01 but didn't get my EAD till July 2002. I finally had to get an interim EAD at local (Sacto) INS office. Another friend of mine whose ND was 8/01/01 got his EAD in Aug 2002. Our 765s have been slow, now its the I-485s; wonder how long it's gonna take.
